What we collect
What we read depends on the assessment you choose, and you approve it before anything runs. For assessments that connect to your Microsoft 365 or Azure account, we collect read-only configuration metadata — settings, access assignments, license and usage information — never the contents of email, messages, or files. For assessments that work from material you hand us (contracts, invoices, documents), we hold only what you provided. Interviews you choose to hold with us are recorded as notes in your workspace.
How we use it
Exclusively to produce your assessment. The data is analyzed to generate findings and a written report for your workspace, and for nothing else — no advertising, no profiling, no purposes beyond the engagement you asked for.
Storage and deletion
Assessment data is stored encrypted in Microsoft Azure for the duration of your engagement. You can delete it yourself: removing an assessment from the portal permanently deletes its report, its intermediate data, and its records. There is no minimum retention period.
Third parties and AI
We do not sell or share your data. Analysis uses AI models running in a private Azure deployment; your data is not used to train any models. The trust page covers this in detail, with references you can check.
Your rights
You can revoke our access at any time — from Settings in the portal (the app removes itself from your Microsoft account), or from the Microsoft My Apps portal. Revoking immediately stops all collection. You may also ask us to delete everything we hold, and we will.
