1. What the service is
Agent Fishbowl provides technology assessments for businesses: each one reads an approved slice of how your business runs — your Microsoft 365 or Azure configuration, documents you provide, interviews you choose to hold — and produces a written, prioritized report. The report is the deliverable.
2. Data access
When you authorize access to a connected account, the service reads configuration and metadata only. It does not modify, delete, or create resources in your environment. All connected access is strictly read-only; the app's only write capability is removing itself when you revoke.
3. Data handling
Assessment data is used solely to produce your report. We do not sell, share, or use your data for anything other than the assessment you requested. Data is stored encrypted and you can delete it from the portal at any time.
4. Revoking access
You can revoke access at any time — from Settings in the portal, or through the Microsoft My Apps portal or your Microsoft admin center. Revoking immediately stops all further collection.
